Jason Isringhausen closed it out for Santa Fe and Mike Lamb hit a homerun and
had 4 RBI at the ballpark as the Santa Fe Trailer Bitches beat the Dominican
Republicans 13 to 12.

Dominican was unable to recover after Santa Fe went ahead in the bottom of the
6th inning as they scored 6 runs on 7 base hits. Dominican was not lacking
for run support as they scored in 5 separate innings, yet victory eluded them
as they seemed to forget that pitching is also needed to win ballgames.

The win was credited to Frank Francisco(5-3) who went 2/3 of an inning
allowing no runs. Francisco got help from Isringhausen who was credited with
his 34th save. Mark Hendrickson(7-5) was given the loss in relief. He
allowed a few too many baserunners giving up 10 hits and 2 walks in 6 and 1/3
innings.
